1:22 AM» 文化 « The Woeful Lack of Zurov/Fandorin

I feel SAD. The archive of all things Fandorin and smutty with a side serving of plot has DISAPPEARED from the internets. It was the (meagre) source of my Zurov/Fandorin smut, and it’s GONE. Only a few months after I discovered it. Which seems to only leave 「Chasing Titania」 as far as the English speaking (non-existent) fandom goes. I AM VERY SAD. I adore 「Chasing Titania」, but it’s short. I’m a long, multi-chapter fic kind of person, so that’s more like an introduction only. I suppose I can rely on my imagination for the rest, but it’s rusty.

I still think Zurov met his end FAR TOO EARLY and just when I was beginning to like him. SNIFF. And I liked Charles (Paladdin) too, so the ending broke my poor glass fangirl heart. 『Turkish Gambit』 is still one of my favourite books from the series (although I haven’t read the entire series). I liked the bantering in the Journalists’ tent before things got too serious. Mademoiselle Barbara and her ideas of modern ladies (like not having their hands kissed in greeting HAHAHA ) was fun.
